Enjoy walking to Clark’s Market for quick grocery runs or catch a local event in town, all without needing to drive. Please note: The condo accommodates a maximum of 2 adults (up to 4 guests total).

Important Information
Construction, Maintenance, and Closures
- Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Intermittent construction noise is expected. Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm Monday through Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday.
- In May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
- Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. Lodging In Telluride is not responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
